About The CEO

Phyllis Palmer is a southern girl from Tuskegee, Alabama. A devoted and loving wife to Markus and proud mother to two sons, Phyllis is an English high school educator. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English from historical Tuskegee University and a Master of Science in Public Administration from Troy University Montgomery. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and is a passionate lover of the visual and performing arts. 

Phyllis initially wanted to become a Paparazzi Independent Consultant to gain a little extra cash on the side for those added monthly expenses that always seemed to come in droves, but desired something that didn't take a lot of time away from her husband and small children. Hiring a babysitter simply wasn't an option. June 2017, Phyllis took the leap, and invested in her dream of financial freedom. Since joining, Paparazzi has become more than a "side hustle" to her. It has become motivation to tirelessly build a legacy for her children and has empowered her to take charge of her life as a Chic Boss.
